The Delivery Time is calculated from the Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time: Time between when you place your order and when your order is shipped.
Shipping Time: Time between when your order is shipped and delivered to you.
All items are guaranteed to be delivered within:
- 60 days for most Countries
- 120 days for Brazil
- 90 days for Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, South Africa and Venezuela
If you do not receive your item(s) within this period, you are eligible for a full refund after a postal investigation has been conducted.
You are not entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Delivery delay from buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- Delivery delay caused by major incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather and war.
- Delivery delay caused beyond our control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

If you are not satisfied with your order and your product is still brand new (not used or damaged) we can arrange a full refund for you within 30 days after delivery.
You will receive the full refund upon you have returned and we have received the item at the warehouse.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees to the warehouse.

If your product arrives damaged you can return it within 7 days after you have received it to be fixed or receive a replacement.
If your product is defective or not working you can return it within 1 Year after you have received it to be fixed or receive a replacement.
If you return the item within 1 year period:
You will be reimbursed for the return shipping fees after the defective item has arrived at the warehouse.
If you return the item outside the 1 year period:
You will be responsible for all shipping fees and charges when returning the defective product.
